Bishop Ezekiel Moto, For His Glory's New National Training for Trainers (T4T) Coordinator for Tanzania is here Praying for the T4T Leaders in Tanzania.

TANZANIA (MPANDA, SUMBAWANGA & IRINGA) T4T FOLLOW UP & TRAINING MISSION REPORT – 2024

Starting with September 2, 2024, the team of For His Glory Ministries in partnership with the church leadership launched a follow up and T4T re-training in the cities of Tanzania; Mpanda – Katavi region, Sumbawanga in Rukwa region and Iringa municipality.
We had to travel in the above-mentioned cities one after the other starting with Mpanda.

The team was made up of the Director of For His Glory Ministries for Africa, Pastor Tony Vincent; Apostle John Poda Bihashya; Bishop Ezeckiel Moto from Mwanza who is the Tanzania T4T Country coordinator and I (Egide Bizima)

The first I noticed this mission is growth and Biblical inspiration in terms of T4T training for the team members whereby any of our team members stood up to speak, everyone could feel the anointing and the was excellent. All the trainees were highly exited as if they heard T4T and the great commission for the first time. Everyone could feel God’s favor upon us.

We continue to realize the importance of having T4T Training after the Festival.

The FHG T4T country coordinator was highly welcomed in both Mpanda and Sumbawanga and they proposed that Bishop Ezeckiel Moto should be introduced to the CPCT country head office so as to ease his assignments in all the denominations in order to influence all the churches to participate in T4T disciple-making movement and put it in their Church annual programs.

As all the cities, in Mpanda we had enough time to talk to the leaders and the turn was excellent. In Mpanda we had 462 on the first day and 459 on the second day of the T4T training. All the leaders accepted the challenges and accepted to put themselves together and reach their neighboring areas and districts that are less reached as far as the Gospel of Jesus Christ is concerned.

Also, in our meeting with the leader in all cities; one of the responsibilities that we emphasized is that the T4T country coordinator with the help of the church leadership was convince the indigenous Church leaders to own and sustain the T4T disciple making movement instead taking it as an outsourced tool that do not belong them by improving the level of understanding of the indigenous T4T committee members and also the indigenous church leaders about the Great Commission.

Difference from other cities, Iringa is way behind other cities in terms of T4T since it was launched in 2017. However, the vision of T4T disciple-making model is highly welcomed and all the leaders requested that we should go back Iringa and Songea in November 2024 if we could.

We came up with an idea that we believe is an excellent one; we decided that we organize T4T trainings in Iringa and Songea, starting with the week of November 18, through December 7, 2024.

This is a highly demanding commitment, but we believe it would bring a great harvest for the Kingdom.
