Over 60,000 People Received Jesus During For His Glory’s Fall, 2023, Mission:

At For His Glory’s recent mission in Muhanga, Rwanda, the local churches collected over 60,000 decision cards from people receiving Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

This alone is an impressive number of people coming to Christ at a festival. However, it’s even more remarkable because the city of Muhanga is home to 100,000 people, so when 60,000 come to the Lord, that’s more than half the entire population of the city!

We are calling our mission in Muhanga, Rwanda, “The Mission of the Open Door”. We found the atmosphere with the civic and church leaders to be very open. They were more than happy for us to share the Gospel of the Kingdom throughout the city and at the festival.

We worked with about 125 churches, and they were very open to our helping them launch a Training for Trainers (T4T) disciple-making movement in their community.

The people attending the 5-day festival were extremely open to the Gospel, and it seemed as if over 75% of the crowd received Christ each night! It was so exciting to see so many people giving their lives to the Lord!

God truly did set an open door to enter His Kingdom for the people of Muhanga during this mission!

Even more exciting than the festival is the T4T disciple-making movement that has launched in Muhanga. We expect to see thousands of people coming to Christ through T4T in this city every month for years to come!

What a wonderful legacy that will be!
