A Pastor of a Hundred Sees His Church Grow to 500 through Training for Trainers (T4T)!

My name is Reverend Ezekiel Dachika of COCIN RCC Kuru, Plateau State. For years, I faithfully pastored a congregation of about 100. We were stable, but I felt a holy burden for more.

Then, I encountered T4T (Training for Trainers) from For His Glory Ministries. It was a paradigm shift. T4T re-centered us on the Great Commission, not as a program, but as a lifestyle. The method was simple: win someone to Christ, build them up immediately, and send them out to do the same.

We stopped just pastoring believers and started mobilizing them. Our members became passionate missionaries in their own communities. The result was a Holy Spirit-powered chain reaction.

Within two years, our church was transformed. Our membership grew from 100 to over 500. But the real miracle isn’t the number—it’s the vibrant, disciple-making culture. Every believer is now an active ambassador for Christ.

T4T gave me back the New Testament model of ministry. My life and my church have been transformed!
