Ric Olson, serves as For His Glory Ministries Director of Finance.

Ric Olson has served as a fractional Chief Financial Officer/Financial Director of For His Glory Ministries since January of 2020.

In addition, Ric is an Adjunct Professor at Bethel University, where he has taught since 2017 across undergraduate and MBA courses in business and healthcare. He holds an M.A. in Christian Thought and Bioethics from Trinity International University and an M.A. in Communications from Wheaton College. He is a registered Certified Public Account with the state of Illinois.

His courses have included Business Communication, Managing Organizations and People, Managerial Accounting (MBA), Finance for Healthcare Administrators (MBA), Business and Individual Taxation, Personal Finance, and Introduction to Healthcare and Healthcare Professions.

Ric’s primary career has been in senior living which includes CEO and CFO leadership roles within senior living communities and services. He has held numerous national and industry positions.

At the current time, Ric serves in other fractional roles for several other businesses and has also written two books within the past three years.
