Throughout his career, Mark has served in church leadership, helped plant churches, and pastored congregations in Illinois and Missouri. In 2015, after witnessing firsthand the impact of evangelism and disciple-making movements during a ministry trip to Africa with FHG founder Rob Welch, Mark joined the ministry team.

Today, Mark serves as Senior Vice President for For His Glory Ministries and leads the ministry's pastoral training and disciple-making initiatives across Africa. As the chief architect of For His Glory's Training for Trainers (T4T) disciple-making strategy, he equips pastors and church leaders to launch disciple-making movements that strengthen churches, transform communities, and advance the Gospel.

Mark holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Connecticut. He and his wife, Kathy, have been married for 50 years and are blessed with two married sons and four grandchildren. Mark is active in his church and leads several Bible studies and T4T groups each week. He and Kathy are avid readers and enjoy road trips, having visited all 50 U.S. states.
