Laura Parli serves as Director of Women's Ministry for For His Glory Ministries and is a member of the ministry's Board of Directors.

Laura holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Louis and brings more than 40 years of experience in consulting, technology, and systems implementation. Throughout her career, she worked with organizations including Kimberly-Clark, Freeport-McMoRan, Ladd Petroleum, Southwestern Bell, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She later served at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where she helped implement pioneering technologies, including digital imaging for radiology, voice recognition for medical reporting, and teleradiology initiatives.

Near the end of her professional career, Laura sensed God's call to invest in the spiritual growth and development of women, particularly in Africa. Driven by a passion for the Great Commission and leadership development, she and her husband became ministry partners with For His Glory in 2017.

Laura has traveled to Africa more than 20 times, training women to become effective Kingdom leaders who disciple others. She is especially passionate about the biblical model found in 2 Timothy 2:2, equipping women to train future generations of women and children to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Laura and her husband reside in the St. Louis area and remain actively involved in advancing disciple-making efforts through For His Glory.
